My Story
My style of therapy is grounded in mindful attunement and somatic wisdom. It honours the intricate interplay between mind, body, soul, and creativity, guided by a profound belief in the power of curiosity over certainty—especially in the journey of self-discovery and healing from conditioned cognitive and emotional patterns.
Drawing on 20+ years as a dedicated mindfulness practitioner, my own transformative experience as a Hakomi client, and ongoing practices in deep listening and relational presence, I create a therapeutic space where clients can explore the subtle, often unspoken layers of their inner lives. My work is shaped not only by professional expertise but by a lived commitment to embodied awareness and the courage to question what we think we already know.
I work with clients of all ages, genders, and creeds. My particular interest is working with men.
Therapeutic Style
The Art of Deep Listening: I cultivate a quality of presence—one that hears not just words, but the unspoken narratives of the body, the heart, and the psyche. The listening is an invitation to slow down, feel fully, and speak truthfully.
Mindfulness as a Way of Being: As a long-term practitioner, I integrate mindfulness into every session—not as a technique, but as a living inquiry into presence, acceptance, and the unfolding of experience.
Somatic Intelligence: Having trained in Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy (and having experienced its transformative power firsthand as a client), I understand that the body holds wisdom the mind cannot access alone. My work helps clients reconnect with emotional clarity and embodied knowing.
Living the Questions: I believe that the most powerful insight comes not from answers, but from the courage to ask better questions—questions that illuminate patterns, challenge assumptions, and open doors to new ways of being.
Creative and Relational Depth: Drawing from a background in art, movement, and creative principles, I offer a place for expression beyond words. My relational style is attuned to clients (especially men) navigating the loss of clarity, erosion of relational ease and confidence, and anger. I am dedicated to helping clients break free from long-held patterns with insight and compassion.
